Position Summary
The part-time psychologist will work closely with clients to conduct assessments, deliver effective therapies, and support the mental health and well-being of individuals facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. This role requires excellent communication, compassion, and a commitment to client care and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct Psychological Assessments: Perform comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans.
– Provide Individual Therapy: Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches.
– Client Monitoring and Follow-Up: Track progress and adapt treatment plans as needed based on individual client needs.
– Documentation: Maintain detailed and confidential records of each client session in accordance with clinic policies.
– Coordinate with Multidisciplinary Team: Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinic staff to ensure holistic care.
– Participate in Training and Development: Engage in professional development and ongoing training to stay updated with best practices in mental health.

Qualifications
– Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
– Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health clinic or similar setting.
– Licensure: Valid license to practice as a psychologist in [relevant state/region].
