Weekly follow-up consultations ensure progress and adjustments as needed.Participants have weekly follow-up consultations via audio or video calls to review progress, discuss challenges, and set new goals. These sessions provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the program.Daily monitoring via WhatsApp allows for continuous engagement and support between sessions, helping individuals stay accountable, motivated, and on track with their wellness goals.
