Policy for Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

When a service user completes the registration procedure and pays for our services and decides to cancel 24 hours prior to the planned service time (appointment time), they may be eligible for a refund.

The service recipient must email mysteriousminds.clinic@gmail.com , our customer support staff, 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time in order to request a refund.

All pertinent information, including the name of the service receiver, contact details, the date of service, and the basis for the refund, should be included in the refund request.

Your refund request will be examined by our customer service staff, and if approved, you will receive your full refund. If, in our sole judgement, we find that the request does not fulfil the eligibility requirements or that the claim is proven to be false or misleading, we reserve the right to withhold a refund.

Within three working days, the refund procedure will be finished, and we'll let you know how much was accepted for your refund. The funds will be deposited into your account in 15 days, based on the external banks processing schedules. Please be aware that there may be a delay in the refund being credited, including the time needed for the refund to appear in your account through the banking system.

If your refund request is denied, we will give you a thorough explanation of our reasoning.

Rescheduling the scheduled appointment

If the service user does this 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time, they are permitted to reschedule a scheduled appointment TWICE ONLY without being charged extra. In the event that appointments are rescheduled, kindly note that no reimbursements will be given for cancellations.

Rescheduling a package reservation should be done within its validity term. Kindly be aware that there will be no package refunds or cancellations.

No-Shows
This refers to situations where the service user fails to show up for their appointment or is tardy, lasting longer than fifteen minutes, in which case the session will stop without a refund.

The service recipient can send an email to mysteriousminds.clinic@gmail.com to contact the support staff if they are not happy with the session led by an expert from the Mysterious minds clinic team.We will look into the situation, determine the cause of the unhappiness, and help arrange for them to meet with another specialist to discuss their needs.

Mysterious minds clinic expert cancels session

The recipient will be given the choice to reschedule the appointment or seek a complete refund in the event that the Mysterious minds clinic expert cancels. An SMS including a link to cancel or reschedule the appointment will be sent to the receiver..

The remaining session time will be rescheduled and conducted within the specified validity period if an unanticipated event or technical error on the part of Mysterious minds clinic happens during a scheduled session, rendering the expert unable to complete the session. In the event that service recipients want additional assistance, they are urged to contact Mysterious minds clinic at mysteriousminds.clinic@gmail.com .

If money is taken out of the user's savings or current account and not deposited to Mysteriousminds clinic's account before the transaction is finished, Mysterious minds clinic will not be held liable for any reimbursements resulting from any online payment errors. In this scenario, users will need to get in touch with the payment provider or the bank to get further clarification.

This refund policy may be updated or modified by Mysterious minds clinic at any moment and without previous notification. Any modifications to the refund policy take effect right away after we post the new text on our platform.
